Welcome to Prescription Orthopedic and Sports Therapy, Inc. (P.O.S.T.), founded in Brookline by Peter Stone, PT., in 1987.

Our mission is to provide top quality care to individuals of all age groups, including both recreational and professional athletes. POST is owned and operated by physical therapists, with small clinics and a focus on individualized care. We believe that the key to successful recovery is to develop a plan that our patients understand, and are actively involved in. We want to help you help yourself, and do what is needed to make your journey back to good health go as smoothly and rapidly as possible. To meet these goals, we will:

• Develop a program that you can work on independently at home or at the gym
