Your recovery isn’t just a process — it’s a partnership.

At POST Physical Therapy, recovery is a partnership. Every session is one-on-one with an expert therapist who listens, explains, and builds a plan around you — your goals, your body, your life.

We focus on real, lasting results. You'll understand your condition, take an active role in your care, and leave better equipped to move well and stay that way.

What sets us apart:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept my insurance? We accept all major insurers. See the full list on our insurance page, or call us if your provider isn't listed.

What conditions do you treat? We specialize in orthopedic and sports injuries and cover most of the physical therapy scope. Visit our services page for details.

What should I bring to my first appointment? Photo ID, insurance card, credit card, PT prescription, referral if required by your plan, and comfortable clothing that allows access to the injured area. If you have a leg or foot issue, bring the shoes you typically wear for walking or exercise.

How long are appointments? Initial evaluations are 40 minutes. If you haven't completed paperwork online, plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Follow-up visits are also about 40 minutes — 20–30 minutes with your therapist plus time for supervised exercise and any additional treatment.

I'm not an athlete — is POST right for me? Absolutely. We see patients from ages 5 to 100, at every activity level. Whether you want to walk further, move without pain, recover after surgery, or get back to a sport — we can help.

Is parking available? Yes — free parking is available at both our Brookline and Drydock locations.

My doctor recommended specific treatments. Can you accommodate that? We work closely with referring physicians. Give us a call and we'll make sure your care aligns with their recommendations.
