HYROX: Train Smarter

Our HYROX Performance Assessment measures the physical qualities that actually predict HYROX race performance: power output, force, and movement quality. It uses pro-athlete level equipment to generate objective, sport-specific data that no other gym or performance center in Boston currently offers.

Every other HYROX "test" in Boston just measures reps, meters, and time, essentially a mini race simulation with a self-reported score. This package measures actual physiological outputs: watts, Newtons, grip strength, mobility restrictions, and jump mechanics. It's the same clinical toolkit used with professional athletes, applied specifically to the 8 HYROX stations.
