As a runner and strength training enthusiast himself, Brendan brings a deep understanding of performance, training cycles, and the physical and mental demands of staying active.
"Chronic back pain can make you stop trusting your own body. Helping someone rebuild that confidence and get back to what they love is why I do this work."
Whether he’s preparing for a half marathon, lifting, or walking Castle Island with his wife and their dog Maverick, movement is a central part of his life — and that perspective carries directly into how he treats his patients.
He is especially passionate about treating shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, and enjoys helping individuals with chronic low back pain regain control and confidence so they can get back to the activities they love.
